BespokeLMS supports a four-tier stakeholder hierarchy: Platform Administrators manage the whole platform; Organisation Managers oversee a subset of learners; Learners complete courses. A user can hold multiple roles simultaneously.
The CRM module lets administrators manage users individually or in bulk, importing from CSV, assigning to organisations, setting roles, and tracking individual learning records and history.
Organisation-level management enables enterprise and multi-site deployments: each organisation has its own dashboard, its own administrators, and its own learner group.
