Privacy notice
What we collect when you fill in a form on this website, why we are allowed to, how long we keep it and how to make us stop. This covers this website only — if you use a BespokeLMS platform provided by your employer or a training provider, they decide how your learning data is handled and their notice applies.
Who we are
BespokeLMS is a product name owned by Teach HQ Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom. Teach HQ Limited is the data controller for the details you give us through this website. Write to us at the address on our contact page, or reply to any email we send you.
What we collect, and why
When you book a consultation, ask for a demo, enquire about partnership or send us an idea, we collect the details you type: your name, work email address, company, role and whatever you write in the message. We use them to reply to you and to have the conversation you asked for. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — you contacted a supplier about a product and a reply is what you were expecting.
If you tick the box asking us to send you occasional updates, we use your address for that too. That is consent, it is separate from your enquiry, and you can withdraw it at any time without affecting anything else. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link that works in one click.
We do not buy contact lists, we do not sell or rent your details to anybody, and we do not use them to train anything.
How long we keep it
An enquiry that does not become a conversation is deleted after twelve months. Where we go on to work together, we keep what the relationship and our accounting obligations require, and no longer. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it, together with the record of when and how you gave it — that record is the evidence that we had permission, so it outlives the permission itself.
Who else sees it
Our hosting and database run on managed infrastructure inside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Our email is sent through a specialist delivery provider. Those suppliers process data on our instructions only, under contract, and cannot use it for their own purposes. We do not transfer your details outside the UK or EEA for our own use.
If a supplier list matters to your own compliance review, ask and we will send you the current one.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies until you agree to them. What runs, and how to change your mind, is set out on our cookies page — and the consent engine deciding it is part of the platform we sell, so you are watching it work.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to stop using it for marketing, or object to our using it at all. Ask us and we will do it — there is no form to find and no fee. We will answer within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first so we can put it right.
Ask us anything about this
Including the boring parts. If something here is not clear enough to act on, that is our problem to fix.
