    Contacts and accounts with a full timeline, email written and sent from inside the platform, proposals and e-signature, campaigns, and marketing permissions with the lawful basis recorded.

    Banner, blocking and the cookie policy, run from inside the platform — no extra subscription, plugin or integration to buy and keep in step.

  • Brand as data

    Your colours, type, corners and spacing are stored as tokens, not written into code. Change them once and every screen, certificate and email follows — including the contrast checks that keep them readable.

A training business is also promises, follow-ups and deadlines. The platform runs those in the same system that runs the learning.

    My Work gathers every open commitment from every corner of the platform — course reviews, client tasks, approvals awaiting a signature, meeting actions — on one page, grouped by the hat you are wearing that day.

    Agendas assembled from real work, decisions recorded where they were made, and actions that leave the room onto somebody's list — or straight into the CRM as a dated task.

  • Deadlines that keep your hours

    Overdue is judged against your organisation's working hours and bank holidays, not the wall clock. A task due Friday at five does not turn red over the weekend — and support promises are measured the same way.

  • A roadmap your clients can see

    Publish what is coming under your own brand — internal titles for your team, customer-facing ones for theirs. Progress is computed from the real work behind each item, never typed in.

The technical questions

Where is our data held?

In a managed PostgreSQL database with row-level security separating every tenant, backed up continuously. Your data is scoped to your organisation at the database layer, not just in application code.

Can we export everything?

Yes. Learners, records, contacts and consent evidence all export. Leaving has to be possible for staying to mean anything.

Do you integrate with our other systems?

We build the integrations tenants need rather than selling a marketplace. Tell us what you run and we will tell you what is involved.

Who builds and supports it?

A small UK team you will know by name. The people on the call are the people who write the code.

Is it accessible?

Built to WCAG 2.2 AA, including the emails. A tenant's brand colours are contrast-checked before they are used, so a bright accent cannot quietly make text unreadable — the platform darkens it until it passes rather than silently substituting its own. If you find something that fails, there is a route to tell us and we will fix it.
